Regular Member ak89 Posted May 16, 2013 Regular Member Share Posted May 16, 2013 Hello, I wanted to know if the insertion of grafts can be done by the assistants. The doctor will prepare the recipient site and make the recipient holes, but the insertion would be done by his assistants. What is generally done by good doctors? Thanks Ak
Senior Member TakingThePlunge Posted May 17, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted May 17, 2013 Yes, the doctor designs the graft placement and creates the recipient sites. Then the techs insert the grafts into the slits. David - Former Forum Co-Moderator and Editorial Assistant I am not a medical professional.
