Transplant- insertion

Hello,

I wanted to know if the insertion of grafts can be done by the assistants. The doctor will prepare the recipient site and make the recipient holes, but the insertion would be done by his assistants.

What is generally done by good doctors?

Thanks

Ak

Yes, the doctor designs the graft placement and creates the recipient sites. Then the techs insert the grafts into the slits.
