Hi, hairlineGuy! This is an area where a small amount of dry blood is being held in place by sutures and will come off after suture removal without leaving any trace. Please apply some antibacterial ointment overnight to soften the scab, do not try to pick it off, let water run gently over the scab when you take a shower - it will be completely gone and will not leave a trace in a couple of weeks. It may be gone by the time we take sutures out.
