"Nature's Bounty B-Complex" Vitamin Supplement

I have been having difficulties finding Biotin 5000mcg where I am (Indonesia).

 

The closest to anything remotely similar is 'Nature's Bounty B-Complex' vitamins. However, the Vitamin B7 (Biotin) contained in each tablet is only 50mcg.

 

Is this product useful as part of a hair regrowth regime? If not, what else could you recommend someone who has problems finding a Biotin 5000mcg product?

Try to add nutritions, iron, zink in your diet it helps you to slow the process of hair loss, you can also have tonics or supplements. whenever you take bath use towel on hairs very softly because towel pushes hairs and it cause damage.

im using the same one as you and i just get the rest from foods like eggs
