Regular Member HairlessHero Posted March 8, 2013 Regular Member Share Posted March 8, 2013 Hello, How much time gap between there between a FUT procedure and FUE? I recently had a 1500 FUT (about two weeks back), and due to scalp laxity, my next option would be to with FUE. Any advice/suggestions? If I want to have a BHT FUE, then huge time gap may not be necessary. Dear seniors/experts, any suggestions for me? Thanks.
Dr. Glenn Charles
Would you be grafting into the same area as the first procedure? Because you still need to be careful of tranplanting follicles from anywhere into the same recipient area before the results have occured. Dr. Glenn Charles
How old are you? Are you taking anything to try and prevent fututre hair loss? Maybe now is not the time to be considering grafting in the crown region. I am just saying you need to address several issuesbefore making any decisions. Senior Member Blake Bloxham Posted March 13, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted March 13, 2013 I think a full 12 months would be appropriate. Any sooner, and you technically can't be certain about the density/appearance of the first procedure when planning the second.
