Regular Member Dr. William Lindsey Posted September 8, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted September 8, 2009 This fellow had had a number of procedures elsewhere and had a small area in his crown that he desired a bit more coverage. While I thought that he looked ok preop, and his bushy salt and pepper hair already gave pretty good coverage; he asked that we do a small FUE case in a specific area that he could see in particular angles. We did just over 200 fue grafts and placed them into just over 100 slits. Our thinking was that in this part of his crown we'd like to have doubles but obtained very few doubles with our FUE harvest. Pictures are show preop, intraop, postop and at around a year. He does have more coverage at the last followup and may be influencing this by some hair color change as well.
