Regular Member Lion Posted September 7, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted September 7, 2009 Hi, I'm around 5 month post-op. Although the hairs are growing in, They still not really cosmeticaly making a difference. My scalp is still visible on the area I got my HT, which was on my hairline.I know I'm still early in the process but around what time post-op Will I see thickness, and a cosmetic difference? Thanks

Senior Member Forrest Gump Posted September 7, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted September 7, 2009 It seems that most of the cosmetic changes occur between months 6 and 12, for the vast majority of patients.
Regular Member Lion Posted September 7, 2009 Author Regular Member Share Posted September 7, 2009 I believe most of the hair that were going to grow, grew already. What I'm expecting & hoping is for my HT hairs to thicken up enough to make a cosmetic difference. At the moment the thinness and scalp visibility of my HT hair & area looks like if I was balding. Thanks for your reply.
