Note the freckle on his left side to obtain perspective on how much his hair line was lowered. I'm curious as to how many grafts this patient was able to salvage from those hideous plugs, and when you removed those plugs, was there any type of closure necessary while it healed (i.e. a stitch)? Did this patient walk around with this hairline for any length of time? I would imagine those plugs were next to impossible to conceal, he looks like a million bucks now though.
