I was hoping for people to share their post transplant care.

 

What medications do you use and what is the timeframe for this?

 

After your transplant how long was your head red for and what lotions did you use to reduce redness, swelling and recovery time such as aloe vera?

 

Do you still use Minoxidil or similar products after your transplant and how long do you intend to use this medication for?

 

If you had FUT how visible is your scar after you let your hair grow out?

Did your clinic provide you with any sort of post-operative instructions? Usually, clinics provide patients with a generalized outline for the acute post-operative phase, and we always recommend following these instructions as closely as possible.

I haven't had a HT yet. I am interested to know what medications others have used post op as prescribed by their clinic and also what other measures they have found useful themselves.
