Senior Member steve0580 Posted November 3, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted November 3, 2012 (edited) I've had a total of 5 transplants since 1998, my most recent being on 10/19/12. The first 4 pictures are prior to my first transplant and the last is current as of 11/02/12. I decided to have the 5th for added density and to bring the hairline down a bit. I'm very anxious to see how it turns out! Total grafts = 4308. Edited November 3, 2012 by steve0580 spelling error
Senior Member steve0580 Posted November 3, 2012 Author Senior Member Share Posted November 3, 2012 These pictures were taken a couple of days after my latest transplant. I took them after getting out of the shower, so my hair is still wet and combed back. Even though they aren't the greatest, it will give you an idea of what is being filled in. Senior Member steve0580 Posted November 6, 2012 Author Senior Member Share Posted November 6, 2012 Thank you. I looked at your profile and your hairline looks excellent. I'm curious, are you left handed? In your profile, you mentioned that your left side receded more.

Regular Member Cowhorns Posted November 11, 2012 Regular Member Share Posted November 11, 2012 No doubt you will have a great result, your previous work is very impressive too. Regarding recession at the temples associated with your lead hand, I'm right handed and my recession was much greater to the right temple. Regular Member Big It Up Posted November 15, 2012 Regular Member Share Posted November 15, 2012 You have had good work done Nick. Hairline looks great. I had five HT's done by 1996, lots of doll hair. LOL Dr Rose cleaned it up in 02 but unfortunately I am out of donor hair now. If you can do more, why not. I know I would. Good luck. Experience: 6 HT to date.......wish this forum was around in the 90's!
Senior Member steve0580 Posted December 28, 2012 Author Senior Member Share Posted December 28, 2012 Sorry for the late response but thanks to everyone for the compliments. @RCWest. LOL @ Negative NW1. It does make me wonder about hand dominance in regard to hair loss and I'm wondering if there's a connection? The reason I say this, is because when I first noticed the thinning, I tried to compensate in a big way with hair spray and gel. I spent far too much time in the mirror trying to conceal holes or thin spots. My theory is because I'm left handed and that I spent so much time working with my hair, that the extra brushing, prodding, etc.. concentrated a disproportionate amount of effort on the left side, due to unconciously "defaulting" to my dominate side. I know it's a lot of babble but can anyone else see the logic in it?
