We did explain he may need a second surgery to increase the density after his surgery, at the one year mark he is very happy with his results and over all improved appearance. Dr. Shelly Friedman transplanted 2311 grafts total using custom made blades and artistic ability to give the patient what he wanted. 600 single hairs were placed in the anterior hair line bilaterally and the temples bilaterally. 1711 follicular units were placed in the bilateral posterior hairline and bilateral vertex.
