I've seen guys just hitting 20 that are NW7 so your loss is mild. This is not to say it isn't concerning for you else you would not be here. Propecia should stop or at least slow your loss but is not known for working so well in the front. It works best in the mid-scalp and the crown so if your hairline recedes more don't automatically think it isn't working. Stick with it.
