Senior Member Shampoo Posted September 11, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted September 11, 2012 the operation has to be continually repeated??? I would think for a lot of guys it will take two procedures. Younger guys that now seem to be getting small procedures ("OMG I'm 24 and want my temples to look like 5 years ago") will most likely be doing more surgeries as they age and possibly lose more hair. Of course things like age, meds, and level of hairloss all factor in. Thus far there is no "one size fits all" in hair transplant surgery.
