Early thirties is a good time to consider hair transplantation depending upon your degree of hair loss. The best way to answer this is to have a quality hair transplant surgeon evaluate you. A good surgeon will assess these and take them into consideration. Some surgeons will perform HT's on younger patients but will make it very clear that a follow up procedure will be required at a later date due to future hair loss. At 32, if you have had steady loss over a number of years, you should be absolutely fine. I waited till i was 35 just to make sure my hair loss had stabilised, but if the procedures had been this refined 5 years ago, i'm sure i would've jumped at the chance! Please do some research before you commit; I didn't and the result was ear to ear scars/stretched areas. Once the the knife cuts your flesh, it's too late! Travel as far as you need to---to get the best quality. Two ht doctors were convenient for me. Unfortunately they were also sloppy and unethical. It sounds like an abundance of grafts honestly. Post some pics and get feedback from the recommended surgeons in this network. Some physicians do count grafts differently; but this really seems out of scope. But my hair loss started in my 40's and I gave it lots of time and thought . Keep doing your research and be patient and you will do great .
