Thanks No.This is never the strategy as we cannot replace hair that hasn't fallen out yet. The hair that is placed is intended for one purpose and that is to add density to the existing amount of hair. In the future, if he loses the native hair that is present today, he will not be bald but rather he will have a thinning appearance as the transplanted hair will no longer have the native hair in between.
