Patient is a 52 year old gentleman class 4 vertex hair loss pattern. Previously had transplants 12 years ago by another clinic where they supposedly did 800 grafts that were disbursed throughout his entire scalp. He came to us with the expectation of having a very conservative hairline with temple recession and adding more density to mid area and crown. We did 2,640 grafts. 1241 singles and 1399 doubles for a total of 4.039 hairs.
