Pimple Question

Has anyone not gotten any pimples and had a good result. I am almost 16 weeks post and I have not had any pimples which kind of concerns me. Thanks

I had lots of hair grow in areas where there were no pimples. I don't think it a problem.

Nothing to worry about. While pimples are a sign of growth stirring below the scalp, they are certainly not a requirement for a good result.

Depends on your skin type as well.

 

I have fair skin and have had 1 pimple in 10 weeks, whereas the other patient who had the procedure at the same time, has had about 15-20 pimples so far, has olive/oily skin.

Do pimples hurt the follicles? I had a pimple about 3 weeks in and when I popped it a little yellow thing with two tiny hair attached came out.

Gobble, I don't think that pimples hurt the follicles. I think they are just ingrown hairs breaking through the skin causing pimples, just like the ones that sometimes appear a day after shaving the face. The hair you saw was probably a graft that was going to shed either way. It should grow back after about 4 months.
