Single hair grafts were used in the frontal hairline. Multiple hair follicular units were used in the frontal scalp and mid scalp. The Photos shown below are pre-ops and immediate post op. The surgery and pre op pictures look great but these 9 month post-ops really display how great the outcome was. Its great to see that there wasnt too much shock loss for this patient in the end. Was there a reason only 2680 grafts were transplanted though? It looks like this patient definitely could have really benefitted from an additional 500-1000 grafts in this session.
