Regular Member Perfectpeace247 Posted June 9, 2012 Regular Member Share Posted June 9, 2012 Well it's been a month since my HT of 1394 grafts and scar revision with Dr. Lindsey. Not much happening here. Had some shock loss. Donor area can be sore at times and it is still numb. I still have to take it easy with the weightlifting. Scar looks better than the first couple weeks. Recipient area feels normal. Let the waiting begin! Regular Member Dr. William Lindsey Posted June 19, 2012 Regular Member Share Posted June 19, 2012 Just to clarify....for my patients there is NO exercise restriction once the sutures are out except: 1. No crunches which pull on my scalp closure (so don't bend your neck during sit ups) and 2. Don't arch while bench pressing, on my closure. Other than that, you can exercise all you want. No restrictions. Dr. Lindsey McLean VA William H.
