Shock loss of transplanted hair during 2nd ht?

:confused: I already know from experience with my original HT that I suffered some shock loss of native, weakened follicles after my HT procedure (with a lot of regrowth as the months went by), but since the transplanted hairs are presumably strong & not "on their way out", should I expect some shock loss as a consequence of enduring the trauma of my pending second HT mid-April? If so, is it safe to conclude that these transplanted hairs would grow back as my scalp recovers?

I know a lot of you have had multiple HT's & I would appreciate hearing your experiences
