He shows great before, during and after shots. So my questions are initially to him but all others as well: Is the idea of the double layer closure to take wound tension off of the outer portion of the scar? Also, I notice that some people get an "indent" where the strip scar is on their head. Is this a common thing or reflective of too tight sutures or techique?
