However, I don't think 3 days a day is too much...but really you only need it twice...when you sweat it off at the gym, just wait till the evening too put it back on..it will be fine! Newhairplease!! You really don't need to reapply it after every shower. If it's been on your head for at least three hours then the application is fully absorbed. I presume you use it as a styling aid that's why you use it so much other than that I'd just use it twice. Also I don't use minoxidil anymore I lost no hair coming off it. Reduced propecia to 1mg every other day.
