Regular Member Johhny Posted January 6, 2012 Regular Member Share Posted January 6, 2012 Most of us know that there is about 6000-8000 grafts in the donor area. But I want to know is if that is the case, we can only harvest an area of 60 to 80 cm2 or am I wrong?
Senior Member RCWest Posted January 6, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted January 6, 2012 Correct, if you have a donor density of 100 fu/cm2, which is really a tad on the high side. The average I've seen is 80-90 fu/cm2. Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily Avodart 0.5 mg. daily Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily 5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily Biotin 1000 mcg daily Multi Vitamin daily Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1? Regular Member Johhny Posted January 7, 2012 Author Regular Member Share Posted January 7, 2012 Thanks I have seen people with low density as 65 grafts percm2 and yet could receive 6000 grafts in 2 sessions? How could that be?
