A 29 year old male presented with class IV - Vetex Androgenetic Alopecia. 2282 FUG were obtained using the strip technique. A new hair line was created. Dense packing done at the fronto temporal angles and behind the hair line, with minimal temple accentuation.The patient opted to transplant the vertex at a later date. The grafts were placed very wisely. 1 mg Finasterid M-W-F. 2,500 mcg Biotin. 1 mg 5 % Minoxidil once a day. Multi-vitamin. Fish oil. Head and Shoulders every day. Nizoral 2 % one time a week.
