Donald,

 

We disable accounts when email addresses are no longer active, which we typically find out when we send our community newsletter. This is to prevent mail servers from seeing us as spam and putting us on blacklists. Once we are on blackists, its virtually impossible to get off of them.

 

I'm sorry if your account was disabled due to a bounced email address. However, I'll be happy to re-enable your account with a new an updated email address. Please send me a private message with an active email address and I'll take care of this.

 

In the future, please be sure to keep an active email address tied to your account.

Your account was probably disabled because you aren't keeping your email address up to date. What you and others don't understand is that our emails start getting blacklisted if we continue to attempt to send email to invalid addresses. Thus, to prevent us from getting blacklisted, we disable accounts whose emails are no longer valid.

 

Please send me an email at help@hairtransplantnetwork.com with your permanent email address and I will reactivate your account.
