Senior Member charlie_08 Posted November 26, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted November 26, 2011 Im about to go in for my HT in Canada and was wondering is it realistic to get on a plane and fly home the next day or the 2nd day? I know from what i have been told and read its ok but remember this is a 15/16 Hour flight not 8 hours. I really would like to go home as soon possible but i don't want to risk my health. You might want to cosider staying 3-4 days post op to insure that the grafts are settled in before taking that long journey.
