You are using all the proven methods shown to be beneficial for hair loss. You may want to up the Biotin, as most people take at least 2500 mcg. It's a water soluble B vitamin, so there is no danger in doing so. You will just pee out what your body can't use. Another supplement that speeds up hair growth is MSM.

Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily

Avodart 0.5 mg. daily

Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily

5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily

Biotin 1000 mcg daily

Multi Vitamin daily

Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1? :D

MSM is Methylsulfonylmethane which grows hair faster.

if i were you, i'd add a topikal anti-androgen to my regimen,(for instance spiro or a finastreid creame) or maybe some extra such as Panax ginseng, grape seed extract, some B vitamins, Pantotenik acid and Folic acid helps hair growth as well.

Biotin and MSM are over the counter supplements available anywhere they sell vitamins. I get 120 5000 mcg capsules for well under $10.

MSM is a supplement that has been noted to speed up the rate at which hair grows. It's full name is Methylsulfonylmethane. Here is the Wiki article on it.

@RCWest.

You are taking Minox oral, you have same effect like topical minoxidil? How is your results? just curious to see, you know, its very hard to use Regaine everyday, its better to use it orally.

if i can get same effect, i can get 5mg Minoxidil.

You can tell me a place that i could buy it over internet. i cant find it on my country, Turkey.

I don't advise you to use oral minoxidil, because of side effects associated with it

and very little improvement

I was using it for 6 months and unfortunately my bald area got bigger,so I went back to applying regaine

If you consider minoxidil concentration in regaine, you will find it higher than the what in oral tablet which are 50mg and 5 mg respectively .

Oral minoxidil posses lot's of side effects such as blood pressure, body hair and facial hair growth. bare in mind that all your hair will be stimulated.

But with very little growth in the scalp
