  1. My hairs will stay same for 7 months? i asked it to a doctor today and she said to me that i can re-growth sheedded hairs in 3-4 months at maximum. My hairs will be thicker at 7th month. (i just have 2 months more stay like this) so she asked for no more panic. But according to what you said, i should panic more. Cuz my hairs are worse than before treatment. 1 years is too long mate.
  2. Hi, im on Big 3 since months. Minoxidil almost 10-11 months, Nizoral since 2 years, Finasteride 5 months 1 week. i got pretty good re-growth with Minoxidil, but some areas was not thickening up, therefore, i added Finasteride 1.25mg ED to my regimen. i saw Finasteride's effects on my hairs, just after 1 month. That areas was thickening and getting darker. Then, i got better re-growth during first 2.5 months or so. i was not shedding. But i started to shed after 2.5th month and still shedding at 5 months mark. My hairs was thick enough on 2.5 months Finasteride mark, but now, my hairs are worse than before. i have shedded so bad between 2.5 month- 5 month of Finasteride usage. Everyone says that i should be patient with my regimen and i'll see great re-growth, this is how Finasteride works. im really dissapointed now. My hairs are worse. Any advices?
  3. Thanks for the information, it really helps...
  4. im on Saw Palmetto since 1 week. its early to say something... Many friends of me uses it. They are happy with it. 320mg Saw Palmetto which contains % 95 fatty acids and 200mg Beta Sitosterol. at least better than nothing. Saw Palmetto, Beta Sitosterol, Omega 6, Omega 3, B vitamin complex, Pumking seeds should be enough.
  5. i read somewhere that Nizoral cream works perfectly for the temples. Any realities in it? Anyone experinced it?
  6. Try Saw Palmetto. it decreases the sebum really well.
  7. hi guys, i bought Tretinoin creame today, but im planning to use it for my temples and however i dont know when to use it. Some friends told me i should use it 1 hour before Minoxidil application? is it true? For the best absportion, when should i use it? Before or after? minutes?
  8. @RCWest. You are taking Minox oral, you have same effect like topical minoxidil? How is your results? just curious to see, you know, its very hard to use Regaine everyday, its better to use it orally. if i can get same effect, i can get 5mg Minoxidil. You can tell me a place that i could buy it over internet. i cant find it on my country, Turkey.
  9. .5mg has almost same effect as 1mg. so you should try at least 0.5mg finas. im getting 1mg finas daily but didnt get any side effects. its very hard to get a result without it. Both Minox and Finas together are match winner, using alone one of them, it takes months to get a result. B vitamin complex, Biotin, topikal anti-androgen, retin-a creame, azealitc acid, Grape seed extract, Panax ginseng e.t.c.
  10. Great results. its very hard to get a result on temples, but you did it on a short time, 2.5 months is amazing.
  11. MSM is Methylsulfonylmethane which grows hair faster. if i were you, i'd add a topikal anti-androgen to my regimen,(for instance spiro or a finastreid creame) or maybe some extra such as Panax ginseng, grape seed extract, some B vitamins, Pantotenik acid and Folic acid helps hair growth as well.
