Regular Member Jackthehat1 Posted August 22, 2011 Regular Member Share Posted August 22, 2011 Hey folks, im currently using alpecin double strenght shampoo and the after liquid, and nizoral shampoo 2% twice a week im also taking a silica supplement along with zing, im actually getting really good results with just these, with new hair growth, iv just ordered minoxidil 5%, was just wondering if its worth taking it yet? You should just know that it is normal to have shedding within the first few months of using it, but it's temporary and your hair should come back healthier and fuller.
