  1. i have been using monoxidil for about 7 months now, works brilliantly, alot more than i imagined, but since then, other the time i have been using it, i have developed a dead foot, and numbness in my left leg, with tingling sensation all up my calf, especially at night, when it actually gives me a feeling that is hard too explain, like a tingling pain almost, but enough too discomfort me, been doctors they saids it could be slight nerve damage and have referred me too a neurologist, and its just come too me that could it be related too the monoxidil?
  2. I would say his had something done, he did that show 'take me out' his hair density changed every week! Probably more concealer than anything
  3. Hey guys, thanks for all you responses, i wanted too eliminate a few opinions, due too my just coming out off a shed and im seeing really good re-growth sight through my scalp, especially on my right temple, which is good considering that side seems too be thinner than the left, and im a hundred percent sure it was the alcepin after liquid, iv stopped using it and my scalp feels fine with my red spots no more, that stuff must just be full off alcohol by the feel off it and it really didnt agree with my scalp, just thought id warn people about it if they decide too use it, i doubt its effectiveness anyway' once again thanks
  4. Yeahh it does itch but i thought that was normal with monoxidil.. I started with on red spot on the front off my hairline but iv gained another, it seems the burn more when use the alcepin liquid?
  5. After getting kirklands 5% apart from the usual affects like dandruff and just started shedding which is expected i have now got red blotches on me scalp, any advice much appreciated
  6. yeahh iv read about the old shedding phase, iv read alot off horrer stories on here, which really put me off the meds for a while.. but il give it ago! thanks f or the advice!
  7. Hey folks, im currently using alpecin double strenght shampoo and the after liquid, and nizoral shampoo 2% twice a week im also taking a silica supplement along with zing, im actually getting really good results with just these, with new hair growth, iv just ordered minoxidil 5%, was just wondering if its worth taking it yet? Considering iv already getting good results, without meds?
  8. Haha fairenough mate, shall i keep on the silica and other supplements, i was looking at the foam today, iv seen alot off posts about serious shedding from it, as im only at the beginning stages off hairloss i didnt want too go.. Lets say too serious.. Even from what i was on before, i had great gains in new hair very quickly, does this mean im a good candidate for hairloss products? Sorry if i sound abit naive, just wona be carefull
  9. Hi, its my first post, so bear with me, im a twenty year old male, suffering with a light degree off hairloss, im not sure on the techniqual terminology, but iv got a creeping hairline, but mainly its worry is the thinnest off my hair, i had a interesting experience a few months back, i started using a silica supplement, along with a few others, and also i was using rosemary essential oil on my scalp, i actually had brilliant results, with new hair growth right through my hair, and also i quite smoking too try and maximise reluts, but i unfortunatly stopped this system, due to a serious family problem, and since, my new hairgrowth as fallen, along with even more hair fallen, iv seen alot on there forums, and i think my results were quite amazing, am i just lucky that this sorta stuff works on me?? If so i think it would be great if i could get help sorting me out a proper routine, many thanks
