Regular Member Jeff Hamm Posted July 29, 2011 Regular Member Share Posted July 29, 2011 One of the goals of cosmetic surgery is to get an improvement in your appearance, without anyone knowing specifically what you had done! 1,715 individual hair follicles were used to improve the temple area on this patient. The after photos were taken one year after surgery. More grafts can be added if preferred, but the change in the hairline and temples with a single small surgery is significant. Senior Member aaron1234 Posted July 29, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted July 29, 2011 Looks much better. I'm sure that was a traction alopecia case. Am I correct? And if so, is the patient willing to change her style to avoid more of it in the future?
