Young man with significant early adolescent hair loss. Prevention recommended to maintain as much hair as possible. 4,090 follicles transplanted in one session. Discussed additional sessions will be needed for optimal fullness, and due to potential for progressive hair loss. Images show before surgery, markings, immediately after, and finally 1 year after result, including donor scar with Trichophytic closure.
