Regular Member boloheadboy Posted June 8, 2011 Regular Member Share Posted June 8, 2011 Hey guys and gals, I'm at about 9-10 weeks post-op right now and over the past week and a half, I've noticed that my recipient area has become a little more tender when I brush or comb my hair. I'm thinking that this is normal and that it means stuff is beginning to happen/grow. Just wanted to hear some feedback from the people that have experience with HTs and if they had the same change in sensitivity/tenderness while you were at this point in the HT process. Feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Senior Member TakingThePlunge Posted June 9, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted June 9, 2011 boloheadboy, I couldn't say whether or not this is "normal". I don't recall having this experience with either of my hair transplants. However, everyone is different and I wouldn't think there is any cause for concern at this point. Senior Member Cant decide Posted June 9, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted June 9, 2011 I had the same thing in the rec arae along with some numbness and tenderness in the donor even further out than 8-10 week. All good now and the scar is paper thin.
