Regular Member RockZ Posted May 14, 2011 Regular Member Share Posted May 14, 2011 (edited) I started adding this to my regimen a few days ago after having a FUE HT earlier this week on advice that in summary was basically 'it can't hurt.' This is after I inquired and asked someone in the HT industry. I am going to continue to take these for now but does anyone know of any substantiated studies or empirical evidence suggesting this helps with hair growing faster or perhaps mitigating hair loss (assume it would be more applicable to the former)? Truthfully, I am taking this based on anecdotal evidence only. Edited May 14, 2011 by RockZ My Hair Loss Website

Regular Member Kenaz73 Posted May 26, 2011 Regular Member Share Posted May 26, 2011 Be careful with zinc. Not enough of it can cause hairloss but so does too much. I think it ends up inhibiting another mechanism of the growth process.
