Swiftz99
Just a background I suffer from a condition called Ulerythema Ophryogenes.. It causes a irritating redness around my eyes. And increases the Kreatin in the hair follicles in your outer third eyebrow section witch then causes it to fall out. anyway here is my question I know have a very small patch kinda missing in my on my right eyebrow. Im thinking no more then 5 -10 grafts should fix it no problem. my question is can i use other follicles from the eyebrows section as graft to fill in that patch? To give it a more natural look. Because i do have a uni-brow (witch i clean up and shave off of course) so i wouldn't really need those anyway. also how much would a Ht doctor charge for doing something as small as 5 grafts? Senior Member Thehairupthere Posted May 9, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted May 9, 2011 I don't believe a doctor would take the eyebrow hairs from the unibrow area and transplant them because you will be left with small white dots in that area. That is the scarring from FUE, it's not terribly noticeable but I believe the doctor would prefer taking hair from the back of your head. You should consult with a doctor that performs that type of surgery and see what he would charge. I am a consultant for Dr. True and Dr. Dorin. These opinions are my own. Dr. Robert True and Dr. Robert Dorin are members of the Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration Physicians
