Regular Member Frdtrtnv8 Posted April 5, 2011 Regular Member Share Posted April 5, 2011 I am coming up on 7 weeks post op, most of the transplanted hair has shed, only some has stayed and grew on my hair line, and some maybe 50 or so has stayed on the top of my head, they feel and look like a crew cut. I experienced some shock loss on the top, I look worse now than i did pre-surgery. I had 1600 grafts via strip, 1300 3 or 4 hair grafts and 300 1 or 2 grafts. I have had many pimples/cysts, they come and go. Just feeling really anxious to see the results in a few months, much to my surprise when i went in for my consultation the doctor told me i could get away with minimum 1200 grafts for decent coverage, I got 1600 in which he said would give me excellent results.
