Is my hair receding? pics..

Hi.

 

Would you say my hair line looks as if it's receding? I'm 18 years old.

 

My dad still has hair at 51, although it's gray and a slight bald patch at the very top. My mother has still mostly dark hair at 54, with no no visible balding.

 

I can't tell if I just have a slightly higher than normal hair line, or it's actually receding. The hair is very thick still generally.

 

Anyway, here are some pics, I'd like your opinions

From your pics, your hairline looks fine. The position of your hairline is determined by genetics, but it doesn't seem as though your hairline is too high. I wouldn't worry about it to be honest.

It would be very difficult to determine if your hairline is receeding without comparing your current hairline with older photos of your hairline. I can say that the shape of your hairline looks appropriate with your facial structures.
