Regular Member SpikedHair Posted December 12, 2010 Regular Member Share Posted December 12, 2010 Thanks, I will continue to photograph my progress until the full result. Just uploaded 5 weeks post op. Shedding started about 2 weeks ago and is progressing. I guess that's a good sign since it's necessary for the transplanted hairs to fall out before the new hairs come in. It sucks now that my hair is way worse off then before my surgery, but it's encouraging to know that it will get better and better after 3 months or so. The scar is healing nicely and my family can barely see it. I used Toppik to conceal the scar a couple week ago, but there is enough hair to cover it now. I still get a stretchy/swelling sensation on the scar when I workout and I hope it goes away over time. 5 Weeks Post Op
