Regular Member Dr. Vito Quatela Posted November 30, 2010 Regular Member Share Posted November 30, 2010 This 45 year old male patient underwent a hair transplant to improve the fullness of hair on the top of his head. The total number of grafts placed was 2,536, of which 984 were single hair grafts, 1,250 were two hair grafts and 302 were three hair grafts. The team used single hair grafts around the hairline followed by two hair grafts directly behind the hairline. The three hair grafts were used to create a denser central tuft. The stick and place method was used to achieve these results using 19 and 20 gauge needles. The patient was very pleased with his results.
Senior Member TakingThePlunge Posted December 1, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted December 1, 2010 Dr. Quatela, Thank you for sharing this patient's photos. He certainly received a lot of fullness on top. I'm happy to know that he is pleased with his results. Does he have any plans for a future procedure or has he met his hair restoration goals?
