Patient came with his primary concern his frontal area. The crown in the last few years has thinned as well. We placed 1,000 one haired follicles in the anterior hair line bilaterally. 3,296 follicular units were placed bilaterally in the posterior hairline, bilateral anterior frontal region and bilaterally in the mid-scalp and vertex. Patient is thrilled with the beginning stages of his surgery. He knows that in one year the full result will be much fuller. I will post the 1 year photo's when we have him come in, in a few months!
