Regular Member Zac25 Posted October 19, 2010 Regular Member Share Posted October 19, 2010 I received a HT exactly 1 1/2 months ago. They area where the hairs were transplanted is red or kinda pink in color. I was just wanting to know if this is a normal thing that will pass or what? Please advise and any other comments are welcome.
Senior Member TakingThePlunge Posted October 20, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted October 20, 2010 Zac25, Yes, it's perfectly normal for the recipient area to be pinkish or red after hair transplant surgery. How long it stays that way varies from patient to patient but it may last for a few weeks to a few months.
