On 03/31/2009, Dr. Parsa Mohebi performed a FUT Hair Restoration procedure on a 48 year old female with:

• Hair loss pattern -- Thinning Top Hair

• Hair color -- Dark Brown

• Hair character -- Wavy

• Hair thickness – Average

 

Treatment Plan as of 02/28/2009 (date of consultation):

• FUT Hair Transplant procedure-- 1500+ grafts recommended for the front hairline and frontal to top portions of scalp

• Use Rogaine for a few months following Hair Transplantation

 

FUT PROCEDURE PERFORMED:

1) FUT procedure performed on 03/31/2009

 

A Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation with 1609 total FU:

• 185 – single hair FUT

• 872 – double hair FUT

• 552 – triple hair FUT

• 0 – quadruple hair FUT

 

Size of Donor Strip Cut:

• 20 x 1.5 cm
