When to expect Minox results...

I know for a lot of you this is already known, but when can I expect to see results from Minox? I'm on 12% w/ 1.25mg OD finasteride.

 

Also, for those that have stopped Minox d/t excessive shedding, has the hair growth returned to how it was prior to treatment?

It can take up to 10 months to see any benefits from Rogaine (minoxidil). These results are dependent upon continued use of the medication and will most likely be lost within a few months of discontinuation.

 

Remember that, for most of us, balding is progressive. If you discontinue use of minoxidil and allow any new growth to disappear, it is unlikely that restarting the medication will get you back your initial results.

 

Better to be safe than sorry in my opinion.
