    Hey Guys, Since finasteride is known to shrink the prostate, I was wondering if anyone has noted a change in their ejaculation consistency. The prostate secretes part of the milky-like fluid of semen, and if the prostate in fact shrinks with finasteride use, does this change the fluid?

    Hey Guys.. looking for some feedback here, I have been on 12% minox and 1.25mg OD proscar for a month so far and have experienced significant shedding all over my head ever since.. to the point where I've stopped the 12% minox and am seriously thinking about stopping proscar. If I were to stop both treatments, I understand that my hair will eventually progress with the MPB, but will the hair that has shed eventually grow back to where it was prior to treatment? Can anyone comment who has thrown in the towel has their hair has turned out, or can anyone comment on seriously thinking about throwing in the towel and sticking with it only to eventually see positive results? Thanks!

    I know for a lot of you this is already known, but when can I expect to see results from Minox? I'm on 12% w/ 1.25mg OD finasteride. Also, for those that have stopped Minox d/t excessive shedding, has the hair growth returned to how it was prior to treatment?

    I've also read the study results from this Florida doctor. From what I gather, he suggests that Whey Isolate can exacerbate hair loss d/t MPB, whereas Whey Concentrate can actually halter hair loss and enhance nutrition to the follicle. Is this true? I have been taking Whey Isolate BID for the last month and have noticed shedding during the last 2 weeks (more than normal). During this time I have also started on 1.25mg Proscar and 12% minoxidil, so the shedding could very likely be from either of these two meds. I'm going to top taking the Isolate cold turkey and see if the shedding changes.
