I live in Utah and noticed the recommended list doesnt have anyone here. Im willing to travel of course. The closer by states would be preferred, but id like to hear from you about any nearby physician, preferrably not half way across the country. Thanks for all your info and help. I am sure that if you contacted them you will get an honest opinion as to what options you have.
