Senior Member stamos Posted July 19, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted July 19, 2010 I am curious about this case. The old grafts are placed very low in the forehead, making him a difficult repair patient. Would the removal of old grafts leave some pitting, or it will get better? As I see that there is some pitting from the old job remaining, quite visible when light reflects. Good luck with this case.
Mick from Farjo
Stamos, Thanks for the input. I understand what you are referring to.The aim is that the new hair will mask the previous work. The patient did not want to remove anything at all but for us to work with what he had. I will update the pictures when able and you should be able to see clearly what the masking effect has achieved.
