His results are seen at 8 months. Note the influence of the patients own natural wave on the appearance of perceived hair density. When the hair turns back on itself, it appears extra dense where the hair shingles or layers on on other transplanted hair. It is less dense appearing at the part. These influences are important for the patient to appreciate pre operatively. Bill - Seemiller Posted December 22, 2009 Share Posted December 22, 2009 Dr. Vogel, While the results appear to look good, I encourage you to present one photo at a time rather than a collage of 4 in a single image. Truly appreciating the result comes in evaluating the details. This should include high resolution images showing close-ups when appropriate.
