Hello all,

After speaking with the best HT doctors, i am a little bit walking in the dark.

How much time after HT can we go back to the Gym? or to the sea?

I think that doctors needs to be in the same page with that information and to find the right answers for that.

Each hair restoration physician has their own set of postoperative instructins. Thus, I recommend getting these from your doctor.

 

In general however, you can resume light to moderate workouts ten days to two weeks and then gradually build-up to your usual heavy routine using common sense as to not put strain on the donor area. It's also recommended that you don't swim for a week or two.

I will advice with my Doctor before making any workout.

I was running after 10 days, but I wouldn't advise lifting heavy weights for at least a couple of months.
