shampoo post hair transplant

I don't know if it's appropriate to post this link on the forum, so delete if necessary.

 

Here's some info on Ovation Cell Therapy. I don't see much info on ingrediets though.

I'll try looking for Nioxin at local salons.

 

I believe the Folligen shampoo/conditioner I was using worked well, I'm just attempting to find something else to use on a rotating basis.

Here's the ingredients for Ovation Cell Therapy shampoo and conditioner....does this look OK?

 

Cell Therapy: Deionized Water, Glyceryl Stearate, Stearalkonium Chloride*, Cetearyl Alcohol*, PEG-40 Castor Oil**, Cetrimonium Chloride, Hydrolyzed Keratin Protein, Panthenol, Tocopheryl Acetate, DMDM Hydantoin, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Tetrasodium EDTA, Fragrance.

Creme Rinse: Deionized Water, Behentrimonium Methosulfate***, Cetearyl Alcohol*, Cetyl Alcohol*, Cetrimonium Chloride, Hydroxyethycellose, C13-C14 Isoparaffin, Cyclomethicone, Propoxytetramethyl Piperidinyl Dimethecone, Trideceth-3, Trideceth-6, Dimethecone, Aloe Vera Gel, Propylparaben, DMDM Hydantoin, Fragrance.

goldenoldie,

 

None of the ingredients (other than Aloe) are really jumping out at me as good or bad for hair necessarily. Feel free to give it a try, but don't expect it to do anything that other shampoos can't do.

 

If you do decide to use it, let us know how you like it :)
