shampoo post hair transplant

What hair shampoo is recommended after a transplant> My transplant was 3 mnths ago and I've been using a Folligen shampoo but would like to consider another product. Has anyone tried Ovation Cell Therapy?

 

Any suggestions?

I can't say I'm familiar with Ovation Cell Therapy. What are its ingredients? Folligen shampoo is pretty good as is Revita, Nioxin and Nizoral. Just note that Nizoral typically shouldn't be used more than 2 or 3 times a week.

Can Revita or Nioxin be bought off the shelf in most stores, or are they purchased on-line?

I've purchased Nioxin in salons, but I've never seen Revita on the shelf. I suspect you may have to buy Revita online.

I'll try looking for Nioxin at local salons.

 

I believe the Folligen shampoo/conditioner I was using worked well, I'm just attempting to find something else to use on a rotating basis.

None of the ingredients (other than Aloe) are really jumping out at me as good or bad for hair necessarily. Feel free to give it a try, but don't expect it to do anything that other shampoos can't do.

 

If you do decide to use it, let us know how you like it
