He had poor results and has been wearing a hairpiece since then. We did an initial repair 2 weeks ago, and although he had a pretty tight scalp, we were able to get nearly 2300 grafts. His central donor area was really scar-filled, but the sides were fine; albeit with thin hair shafts. Shown are his periop pics, and he'll likely have a second produre next winter. He was able to resume wearing a hair piece, but not gluing it on the recipient area, at a week. Dr. Lindsey McLean VA William H. I was most impressed with this man at my consultation he is anything but a salesmen and ironically that is what sold me. He consistently understated what he thought he could do for me to get me repaired from the past disastrous surgery of 20 years ago so I decided to go with Dr. Lindsey, his results looked great and his reputation on this board, along with many other sites, looked flawless He was able to get more graphs from my limited donor area than anticipated and he and his staff worked hard and long to make every graph count. He only schedules one surgery a day so you get all of his attention. He has a wonderful and talented staff. I am hoping to finally be free of this prison of a hairpiece after wearing it for 20 years. I still have to commit to more procedures and Dr. Lindsey has ask me to place my trust in him for a year and a half… which I will.
